Along with dropping the finalized roster, the team also made an announcement in regard to a signing. The team announced they have signed goalkeeper Breanna Norris to a roster relief contract through June 30, 2025. “I am so grateful to be joining Angel City,” said Norris in a statement. “Starting this preseason as a trialist, I was welcomed into the best training environment and culture I have gotten to be a part of. I am looking forward to continuing learning from the team and this incredible goalkeeper group. I’m honored to call LA home and excited for what’s to come!”
The team also made a trade with Racing Lousville that saw Angel City send $65k in transfer funds to Racing, in exchange for a 2025 International Roster Spot. Usually when trades like that happen, it’s because a club has an idea of who they want to add to the roster from abroad, so time will tell how that spot gets used. So, without further ado, we present the final 2025 Angel City FC roster going into the new season:

We have our big season preview on Angel City coming very, very soon, but we can tell you that this is a big year for the club. While Mark Parsons has stressed this season is a bit of a, rebuilding the foundation for the years ahead, type of season, there is still plenty of expectations for the Los Angeles outfit. As we can see from the above, the team come into the season with a full roster, with the hopes that at least Jun Endo will find herself off of SEI a lot sooner than later. Also of note, Vanessa Gilles, who is currently on loan with OL Lyon, has reportedly been very vocal about her desire to not just remain in France with Lyon, but her desire to not return to NWSL altogether. While still just reports, the club would be wise to get that situation sorted quickly, just to minimize any possible distractions down the line.
A healthy mix of veteran experience, and young rising talent on this squad. Of course, the other big important bit, an entire healthy offseason for Christen Press who made her triumphant return to play late last season, and will look to show everyone she hasn’t missed a step in her time rehabbing. Now that the roster is set, there is only one big vacancy left for this club to fill, head coach.
