Just four matches remain in the NWSL season and all but a few teams are still right in the thick of the playoff race as they all fight for the six playoff spots. Angel City FC and Orlando Pride agree, with these matches meaning everything down the stretch, it’s important both sides have full squads available. That is why, the team announced today, they are rescheduling the original date of the match between these two teams.
The ACFC match on 9/21 has been rescheduled to Mon. 10/2, at 7 PM PT. The team’s announced Celebración de Culturas home match against Orlando Pride, originally scheduled for Thursday, September 21 at BMO Stadium, will now take place on Monday, October 2 at 7:00 p.m. PT. Rescheduling the match allows for both clubs, who are vying for a playoff spot, to play with the full strength of their respective rosters following an international window.
